Sanford Labs LLC, a limited liability company organized in Michigan, operates sanfordlabs.io. These terms describe the conditions for using this publisher website and its contact form. They do not govern accounts, subscriptions, purchases or use of an individual Sanford Labs product; those are covered by the relevant product’s agreements.

Limits and protected rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sanford Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of this free publisher website, including lost profits or business opportunities. To that same extent, our aggregate liability for claims arising from this website is limited to US $100. This limit does not apply to liabilities governed by a separate product agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits a limitation, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Where a limitation is not permitted, it applies only to the maximum lawful extent.

Governing law and disputes

Subject to mandatory protections that apply to you, Michigan law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a binding venue agreement is formed and enforceable, disputes relating to this publisher website belong in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

If applicable consumer law entitles you to bring a claim elsewhere or to rely on mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction, these terms do not take those rights away.
